Obituary of Clarence Denson

We will forever cherish the memory of his joyful and stoic spirit, especially the times he’d dance and sing with a broom as his mic.

His legendary BBQ, a highlight of every 4th of July and our birthdays, will be deeply missed. He had a famously dry and often wonderfully odd sense of humor, delivered with impeccable timing and a look that could make even the most sensible person doubt themselves.

His life encompassed different chapters, and within each, was rich and varied.

An honorable Air Force Veteran, a father to four, and the son of Reverend Sally ‘Sunshine’ Stockton, may they both rest together in peace. Our heartfelt gratitude goes out to the friends, family, nurses, and doctors who were touched by his warmth and charm.

A graveside service will be held at Fort Logan National Cemetery on Friday, April 25, 2025 at Staging Area B starting at 11:15am.

Services will be livestreamed via the Feldman Youtube Channel.
