Obituary of Morton R. Rechnitz

Morton R. Rechnitz J.R. 81 a Denver native died on April 5 2006 in Rancho Mirage CA. He is survived by his wife Marilyn two daughters Margo Lynn (Jerald) Isaacs of Morago CA and Mindy Anne (Robert) Weinberger of Denver CO and brother Robert (Joan) Rechnitz of Red Bank NJ. Three grandchildren Sam Anni and Jayme Isaacs also survive him. Morton was a graduate of the University of Colorado with a degree in Mechanical Engineering. He was Vice-President of Manufacturing for 27 years at Samsonite Luggage Corporation in Denver. Morton served in WWII as an Ensign in the U.S. Navy aboard the U.S.S. Indiana. There will be private graveside services. Condolence calls will be welcomed at 2400 Cherry Creek Drive South Unit 606 Sunday late afternoon through Tuesday evening.
