Spoke with mom not 2 weeks ago..she told me she didn't want to go to lunch just now. She said she was her parents daughter, then wife to Shosh, and mother to you.....and now she was just herself and there were so many things at Shalom to try and to do, and she was going to try as many as she could. She also said how wonderful you and your wife have been to her, that she would have been lost w/o your concern for her.
Maxine was a good woman. Dutiful and always concerned of others...she will be missed...most of all by you and your family. Thank you for getting in touch with me, I am just sorry I didn't get my message from Nisa in time to be at the funeral. If you are in town please let me know where you are staying. CC
