Obituary of Harold Cohan
Harold Cohan was born in Denver Colorado, February 2, 1919, a third generation Coloradoan. He was the only child of Lou and Molly Cohan. Harold worked alongside his father at Denver Buick until 1970 when their land was sold to Blue Cross, and both men retired. Harold, following his love of tools, then built the Big Tool Box a True Value Hardware and became one of the top 3 dealers in the U.S. for 10 years. He retired a second time in 1983. He was a devoted and loving husband for 45 years to his wife Cecile Cohan. He is survived by Steve Cohan, Andria Stras and Laurie Berman, Dr. Justin (Dr. Sara)Cohen of Charleston, W. Va, Dr. Devra (Dr. Marc) Sadowsky of Nashua, N. H., and Dr. Nisa (Mark) Levy, of Denver, Co.; his grandchildren, Rabbi Eitan (Daniella) Levy, Dr. Rachel (Ben) Zhuk, and Abigail Levy, Egon, Rivka and Hannah Cohen, and Aaron and Gabriel Sadowsky; 4 great-grandchildren Hallel, Raviv, and Ro'iel Levy, Eli Zhuk, and a brother and sister-in-law Dr. Gerald (Janet) Seiden of Tucson, Az. Graveside service will be held on Sunday at Emanuel Cemetery at 10:00am. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Friends of Man, POB 937, Littleton, Co., 80160 or the charity of your choice.
