Mrs. Oxman was blessed with a long life and, in turn, she was a blessing to her family, friends, neighbors and community. We were blessed by having her as a neighbor for 28 years. There could not be a better neighbor. We will miss her just as we have missed Mr. Oxman. We send our thoughts and prayers to all her family who clearly loved her deeply.
